The processing operations connected to the web services offered by this site are carried out at the headquarters of the operating company of the data controller and are handled only by employees, collaborators or partners of Sensitron s.r.l. in charge of the processing or, if necessary, by partners, employees and collaborators of companies connected to or participated in by Sensitron s.r.l., or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations, the latter under the strict supervision of the data controller.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated to third parties, except in the cases and forms provided for by applicable law. Personal data may in fact be communicated at the request of the police or public authorities and state administrations for purposes connected with the fulfilment of legal obligations, for reasons of investigation, verification and repression of administrative, fiscal, accounting, tax and criminal offences.

DATA SPONTANEOUSLY PROVIDED BY THE USER
Sensitron S.r.l. collects the user’s identification data, such as: name and surname, email address, telephone number, city, company the user works for and chosen password, as well as other personal information that the user spontaneously decides to provide to Sensistron S.r.l. when the user registers in the Reserved Area of the site and subsequently with the exchange of correspondence.
The purpose of this collection and subsequent processing is to fulfil requests for information and contact from the registered user.
With reference to messages and queries received from registered users, Sensitron S.r.l. invites its users to respect the principle of necessity and data minimisation and, therefore, not to send names or other personal data of third parties that are not strictly necessary. Where the registered user has given express consent in the form provided during registration to the site (or in any other way in the course of contacts with the company) Sensitron S.r.l. may process the user’s data in order to send marketing and promotional communications regarding, for example, Sensitron products and/or services, as well as to contact the user in relation to training opportunities and to invite the user to participate in events.

DATA COLLECTED DURING SITE NAVIGATION
Sensitron S.r.l. also processes other personal data of users, including non-registered users, who visit the site for the sole purpose of allowing access to the web pages and contents of the site and the use of the services provided therein.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind, i.e. systems for tracing users, used.

Any consent expressed to the processing of personal data for marketing and advertising purposes may be freely revoked at any time without any consequence on existing business relations with Sensitron S.r.l.
